we are specialists in lprecision mechanics.
We deal with cold sheet metal shearing and automatized embossing as well as sheet metal bending, punching, laser cutting, welding and assembling.
We have a wide range of presses, milling machines, nibblers, 3D custom-made machines, which can be used both with Progressive and Transfert moulds, as well as hydraulic presses produced on variable power.
The thickness of materials may range between 0,60 mm and 5,00, whereas the material types can be defined as highly embossable, highly resistant, stainless and brass.
We have been operating since 1975 in the designing and making of precision mechanics of dies for sheet metal shearing and embossing. We also produce multi-component dies.
We design and engineer the dies within the company using state of the art 3D softwares.
We offer our clients a complete “turn key” service, which starts from the study and design of the prototype and ends with the creation of the die and the subsequent manufacturing of the semifinished product.
We use our expertise to craft small to medium-sized/big dies for sheet metal shearing, pitch dies with in-built tapping, block dies, shooting moulds and deep drawing. Thanks to our experience we are now able to manufacture multi-component dies, which include several parts within the same die.
The production process undergoes three stages:
1. Design
2. Building
3. Moulding
1. In the design stage our development team engineers the dies that will be used in the cold processing of metal alloys.
2. In the building stage, we start from the project and we use precision machinery to create the first prototype of a die that will then be used in the cold processing of the metal alloys.
3. Moulding is the last stage, which ends with the manufacturing of the final product. We are able to carry out all the production stages within the company, thus meeting the demands of all our clients.
